YOU ARE ALWAYS ENTITLED TO AN EXCHANGE / OR REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS PASSED THE 14 DAYS MARK, THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO YOUR ORDER ANY LONGER.
OUR RETURN POLICY ALSO APPLIES TO ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN SENT FROM US BUT NOT PICKED UP BY THE CUSTOMER.
IF AN ORDER IS RETURNED TO US BY THE CARRIER AFTER THE 14 DAYS MARK HAS PASSED AND THE CUSTOMER HAS NOT GIVEN US NOTICE IN WRITING TO ORDERS@TEOTOKI.COM
WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PLACING THE ORDER , A RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE.
IF YOU WANT TO PURCHACE A DIFFERENT ITEM, ANOTHER SIZE OR COLOUR PLEASE RETURN THE PURCHASED ITEM AND PLACE A NEW ORDER.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
TO ENSURE THAT IT ARRIVES BACK TO TEOTOKI IN TIME.
OVERSEAS COSTUMERS MUST SEND ITEMS BACK TO TEOTOKI AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE .
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED NEW AND UNUSED WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND IN THE ORIGINAL BOX.
RETURNED ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED, SOILED OR ALTERED WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE COSTUMER AT THEIR OWN EXPENCE.
TEOTOKI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY REFUND IF THE MERCHANDISE DOES NOT MEET THE RETUR POLICY REQUIREMENTS.
OVERSEAS COSTUMERS FROM NON EU COUNTRIES ARE LIABLE FOR ALL DUTIES AND TAXES
THAT ARE CHARGED FOR TRANSPORTING THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE BACK TO TEOTOKI.
WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A TRACKABLE POSTAGE SERVICE AND RETAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE
AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURNS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY.
ONCE TEOTOKI HAS RECEIVED AND CHECKED YOUR ITEM WE WILL REFUND YOU BY YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
PAYMENTS CAN TAKE UP TO 14 WORKINGDAYS TO PROCESS.

WE WILL THEN PROVIDE DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS WITH A PREPAID RETURN LABEL
TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE PLEASE ALSO FILL IN THE RETURN FORM ENCLOSED WITH YOUR ORDER
AND MAKE SURE THAT THE BOX IS SAFELY WRAPPED BEFORE SENDING.
