YOU ARE ALWAYS ENTITLED TO AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS PASSED THE 14 DAYS MARK, THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO YOUR ORDER ANY LONGER.
IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT COLLECTED AND RETURNED TO US, TEOTOKI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A FEE OF 300 SEK TO COVER SHIPPING AND HANDLING.
IF YOU WISH TO PURCHACE A DIFFERENT ITEM, ANOTHER SIZE OR COLOUR PLEASE RETURN THE PURCHASED ITEM AND PLACE A NEW ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
OVERSEAS COSTUMERS MUST SEND ITEMS BACK TO TEOTOKI AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE .
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED NEW AND UNUSED WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
RETURNED ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED, SOILED OR ALTERED WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE COSTUMER AT THEIR OWN EXPENCE.
TEOTOKI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY REFUND IF THE MERCHANDISE DOES NOT MEET THE RETUR POLICY REQUIREMENTS.
OVERSEAS COSTUMERS FROM NON EU COUNTRIES ARE LIABLE FOR ALL DUTIES AND TAXES
THAT ARE CHARGED FOR TRANSPORTING THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE BACK TO TEOTOKI.
WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A TRACKABLE POSTAGE SERVICE AND RETAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE
AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURNS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY.
ONCE TEOTOKI HAS RECEIVED AND CHECKED YOUR ITEM WE WILL REFUND YOU BY YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

WE WILL THEN PROVIDE DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS WITH A PREPAID RETURN LABEL.
TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE PLEASE ALSO FILL IN THE RETURN FORM ENCLOSED WITH YOUR ORDER
AND MAKE SURE THAT THE BOX IS SAFELY WRAPPED BEFORE SENDING.
PLEASE USE THE PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL THAT YOU RECEIVED BY EMAIL AND LEAVE THE PACKAGE AT YOUR NEAREST POSTNORD SERVICE POINT.
